That is the \u201cbutterfly effect\u201d created by truly effective engineering solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:17px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Introducing the new Strategy<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:17px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All employees had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the new strategy during the presentation held on November 13, 2025, at the Belgrade Science and Technology Park.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Department heads shared the priorities and goals for their areas, alongside colleagues who highlighted the most significant projects delivered in 2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:18px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The strategic plan for the Engineering sector is to increasingly focus on international markets, particularly within the automotive industry. We are currently executing projects in Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, Poland, and Cyprus.
