Last week, our colleagues Nikola Pavlović, Marko Erdoglija and Jovana Baratović attended the Genoa Maritime Forum 2026, one of the key gathering points for professionals from the maritime industry.
The event by IGGS Group provided an opportunity to discuss current challenges in chemical tanker operations, including cargo tank drying and moisture control, as well as to present EuroCons Group’s dehumidification solutions based on advanced Munters technology.
Chemical tankers undergo frequent tank-cleaning procedures between cargoes. After washing, any remaining humidity inside cargo tanks can cause critical issues, including corrosion, chemical reactions, and cargo contamination. To address these challenges, EuroCons Group delivers reliable and fast drying solutions, enabling shorter turnaround times between cargoes and helping operators improve efficiency and reduce risks.
