EuroCons Group is an exclusive representative of the Swedish company Munters for Serbia, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Romania, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Munters is a global leader in terms of air humidity control products. The offer includes innovative, technologically advanced and energy efficient solutions for clients in the industry with the need for control over temperature and relative humidity parameters.
EuroCons Group also has a dedicated Munters service team to ensure our clients’ critical processes run smoothly, providing better indoor air quality with consistent and accurate humidity and temperature control. Our service is authorized by Munters and specially trained in servicing and commissioning Munters products.
The main focus is placed on energy efficiency of the system’s devices in order to enable required parameters with the least amount of energy-generating product and energy invested. Air conditioning and ventilation systems often take up a large portion of energy consumption in the facility, plant, and factory. In the use of Munters temperature and relative humidity control system, besides achieving the parameters in the facility, special attention is paid to reduce energy consumption to a minimum and lower the impact on the environment and pollution.

Wintertime is known for extremely low absolute humidity, but high relative humidity. Summer is the time of year with high absolute humidity, but lower relative humidity.
Comfortable air conditioning terms for relaxation and work can be achieved with standard HVAC systems, where the required relative humidity parameters are not strictly defined, ranging from 40% to 60% and even 35% to 65% is considered to be optimal. The most common humidity control method regarding HVAC systems is the established method – subcooling of the air to dry it and then reheating it to achieve preferable indoor temperature. Such drying method has its limitations in terms of achieving low relative humidity parameters.
Cases not related to comfortable air conditioning and in need of more strict parameters in terms of temperature and humidity ranging from 35% to 0.1%, require the use of adsorption dryer with a rotor, or a complete humidity and temperature control system with an adsorption rotor and necessary heat exchangers for temperature control.
Munters offers a wide range of adsorption dryers, as well as fully modular systems created according to the needs.
The operating principle of adsorption dryer is simple and equal for both the smallest and the biggest unit ranging from 100m3 to 120 000m3.
The rotor is a device that rotates slowly (8 minutes) made of densely packed cellulose fibers, whose surface is impregnated with silica gel. During the operation of the device, there are two air streams: process air, i.e., which is the air being dried, and regeneration air, the one whose role is to collect the moisture accumulated on the rotor and release it into the external environment. The surface ratio is 3/4 process section and 1/4 regeneration section.
The process air flows over the rotor, on which tiny micromolecules of moisture accumulate, and leaves the rotor as dry air.
On the other hand, the regeneration air is first heated by a heater (electric steam, gas) to a high temperature of about 130 °C, and this hot air flows through the rotor section, absorbing the moisture that the rotor has collected. The warm, moisture-laden air is expelled into the external environment.
Munters offers robust and high-quality air dryers for commercial and industrial spaces. Its solutions, ranging from small portable units to large industrial air dryers, are ideal for clients who need precise humidity and temperature control.
Munters provides reliable and energy-efficient air humidification solutions, ideal for a wide range of industries and applications. Humidification is essential for maintaining an optimal climate in environments where controlling low relative humidity is critical.
