The EuroCons Logistics Center (ELC) is located at the entrance to the City of Vršac, from the direction of Belgrade. The site is intended for Greenfield investments, as well as for renting manufacturing and warehouse space. The total area of this location is 32,144 m².
The site features nearly 5,000 m² of buildings with a large parking space for cars and trucks, as well as communication roads within the site.

The entire site is fenced, and at the entrance, there is a fully equipped reception—featuring a central camera system for monitoring the entire location—and a workshop with our team of technicians responsible for maintaining the site.
The site's infrastructure is fully equipped with electricity, gas, wastewater systems, municipal water, internet, and road connections.
Since the total area of the land is more than 32,000m2, there is potential for the construction of new buildings (warehouses, production facilities, workshops), depending on investor demands. Available land for a new investor is more than 16,000 m2.
Also, it is planned to have adapted terminals and offices on the site, which could greatly help import and export activities.
