EuroCons Group is proud to announce the finalization of a state-of-the-art clean room at OCSiAl in Stara Pazova, covering a total area of 380 m².
This facility features an ISO 8 class clean room, together with a specialized weighing booth that includes integrated FFU units to achieve ISO 6 class standards.
At the client’s request, the entire clean room is equipped with thermal HEPA filters. We also delivered our specially designed air showers, and the entire air treatment and air handling system utilizes Camfil filters. A specific client requirement was the prohibition of any metal particles inside the clean room, which has been fulfilled.
Under these strictly regulated conditions, our client will manufacture advanced materials using high-quality single wall carbon nanotubes, also known as graphene nanotubes, for industries such as automotive, aerospace, and high-end electronics.
OCSiAl is the world’s largest producer of graphene nanotubes and possesses the only scalable technology capable of synthesizing them in industrial quantities. This is leading to the creation of a new generation of nanoaugmented materials and end products. Enhancing the specific properties of materials could radically reduce their “price per property.” Less actual material would be needed to create more effective products.
